Janiene Pollock has had a remarkable career in franchising, starting at a young age in a local McDonald's in Sydney and steadily advancing over 17 years in various roles. She opened a successful Gloria Jeans Coffees franchise in Burwood, NSW, and later ventured into the fitness industry with Fernwood Castle Hill and Fernwood Parramatta. 
 
After a successful franchise journey, Janiene and her family relocated to Perth, where they purchased and currently operate two McDonald's Restaurants. Janiene actively supports Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), serving on the RMHC WA Board, including a 6-year tenure as Board Chair. She is also a Director on the RMHC Australian Board and has chaired the Ride For Sick Kids initiative, raising over $3 million.
