Kerri Wane is the CEO of San Churro and is humbled to lead an extremely passionate group of Franchise Partners together with 2000+ team members who are on a mission to cement San Churro’s place as Australia's most loved and recognised sweet treat experience.
Previously, Kerri’s executive career spanned senior leadership roles in the hospitality/QSR, fashion, and F&B sectors both domestically and internationally in brands such as Domino’s, Mad Mex and Gelatissimo.
Kerri is passionate about people, purpose, brands and growth and loves to work in transformation, growth, and turnaround environments. Vision, care, authenticity, passion, and integrity are central to her leadership style.

Kerri was appointed to the FCA Board in 2024. In 2021, 2023 and 2024, Kerri was recognised by Inside Franchise Business for her achievements in the Franchising sector receiving a place in the ‘Top 30 Franchise Business Executives’ awards as runner up (#2) in 2024, a top 5 place recipient in 2023 and the National ‘Up and Coming’ award for the executive showing great potential in 2021.
Kerri was also recognised by the Franchise Council of Australia as Franchise Woman of the Year in 2024. Kerri’s formal qualifications include GAICD (AICD), Master of Law (Labour Law & Relations; Sydney Law School), an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science (Psyc).

Vanessa Wilmot is the Managing Director at Geotech Information Services, with over 25 years experience in research and consulting to major national and international brands.
Vanessa’s expertise is in data and predictive analytics (including sales prediction modelling) and developing robust network plans for clients to drive more effective, and profitable, strategies.
Vanessa has a passion for ‘Big Data’, using data mining techniques to assist clients understand more about their customers or members, consumer travel movements and spending patterns, and who is most likely to respond to various marketing activities.
Vanessa is a passionate advocate of women in business, and is the Chairperson for the FCA Women In Franchising committee, as well as being a member of the FCA and a Certified Franchise Executive.
