Alicia heads Sladen Legal’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. She is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation with the Law Institute, a Nationally Accredited Mediator and a graded Arbitrator working to use the correct dispute resolution process to resolve commercial disputes for clients.
Alicia provides advice and details of the options available to clients in respect of their disputes and then works collaboratively with them to achieve a resolution of the matter in a cost effective and efficient manner. She has appeared in the Federal Court and State Courts and Tribunals in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland.
Alicia also regularly presents at seminars and conferences including for Television Education Network, Legalwise, CPA Australia, Franchise Council of Australia, Leo Cussen and has had articles featured in The Mediator and Arbitrator amongst others.

My operations manuals are tailored to the specific needs of each business, and they can include everything from standard operating procedures to franchisee onboarding programs. By developing these manuals, I provide businesses with the tools they need to streamline their operations and improve their efficiency. In addition, my operations manuals can help businesses to expand by providing them with clear instructions for new franchisees and processes. As a result, businesses that work with me can enjoy improved operations and growth.
My passion towards helping others to be more successful is why I was originally drawn to BNI, and the philosophy of ‘Givers Gain’. Since becoming a member, and with my later role as
director, I am committed to the BNI system of word of mouth referrals and see this as a day to day extension of my work life.
Other than helping others succeed, I like to keep fit and I have recently been training for the Oxfam 100km walk. I have two labradoodles Barney and Memphis who also keep me active. And in my spare time I like to read and write short stories.
