GRANT LEE - INTERIM VIC/TAS STATE PRESIDENT
As the CEO of Concept Eight, I lead a successful Australian restaurant franchisor that operates over 150 franchises in Australia and the USA, trading under six different brands and offering diverse cuisines and concepts. I have been in this role for more than six years, and I have grown the company's revenue, market share, and customer loyalty through strategic partnerships, innovative marketing campaigns, and operational excellence.
With a background in marketing and a Bachelor Business degree from Monash University, I have a strong passion for creating and delivering customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs and preferences of the food industry. I also have extensive experience in new business development, customer relationship management (CRM), and online marketing, which I leverage to expand the company's presence, reach, and impact across multiple channels and platforms. My mission is to build a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within Concept Eight and across its franchise network, and to provide exceptional value and service to our customers and stakeholders.
