Registration

To be eligible for the FCA membership registration rate, membership must be valid post Monday 21 May 2024. Should your membership expire prior to this date, you will be invoiced accordingly.

Payment

At the time of booking, you are required to pay with a valid credit card; AMEX, Mastercard or VISA.

For larger bookings, invoices are available.

Substitutions

Substitutions require written permission from the original attendee to transfer the booking including payment made, prior to transfer.

Attendees are not allowed to share a registration

Accommodations

The Franchise Council of Australia is not required to book accommodation for delegates.

Accommodation is an individuals responsibility. 

Cancellation

  • All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to the FCA
  • Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
  • Cancellations received two weeks or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received with 14 days prior to the event, no refund will be issued but ticket will be deemed transferable within the organisation.
