Hear from our special guest speaker, Diana Williams, Founder / CEO of Fernwood Fitness and FCA Hall of Fame Inductee, on how since 1989 she lead the change of the health and fitness landscape for Australian women forever. From one small club, Diana grew Fernwood into the powerhouse it is today, now featuring 71 clubs nationwide.
There will then be a panel discussion focusing on empowering and mentoring others, and supporting other women in the face of adversity and the challenges women face. The panel discussion will include Diana Williams (Fernwood Fitness), Kate Hopley (Schnitz) and Jenny Boymal (The Proven Group).
The event will be in support of the charity RizeUp Australia, with $5 from every ticket sold being donated to RizeUp Australia. RizeUp Australia supports and provides new beginnings for women and children fleeing domestic and family violence.
