The Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) has announced a significant step in its evolution with the launch of a comprehensive review of its constitution. This initiative aims to optimise the FCA's operations and enhance its ability to deliver exceptional value to its members.
In a recent communication to members, the FCA emphasised the importance of member input in shaping the organisation's future. Members are invited to contribute their insights and ideas to the review process, ensuring the FCA remains "fit for purpose and delivering for all members."
To facilitate informed discussions, the FCA has partnered with Governology to prepare a detailed discussion paper on the proposed amendments to the constitution. The paper, available here, provides an in-depth analysis of the key sections under review and outlines the necessity and objectives of the review.
Members are encouraged to review the discussion paper and share their feedback by emailing [email protected] by 5:00 pm (AEDT) on Thursday, 7 March 2024. The FCA stresses that member input is not just welcomed but integral to the success of the review process.
FCA Chief Executive Officer Matthew Monaghan expressed gratitude for members' active participation in the review process, highlighting that their input is crucial in ensuring the FCA remains well equipped and future-ready to meet the evolving needs of its members. The FCA's commitment to a collaborative approach reinforces its dedication to serving its members and adapting to the changing landscape of the franchise industry.
Matthew thanks all members for their ongoing support as the FCA works towards enhancing its services and benefits for all stakeholders.
