Victorian Franchise Council Members gathered today at Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club for an exciting and rare opportunity to hear from one of Australia’s most respected and recognised Franchise CEO’s, Rodney Jane.
Rodney lead’s Australia’s most well-known tyre retailer, Bob Jane T-Marts. With decades of experience under his belt, Rodney was well placed to share his insights and wisdom in the franchising sector as he delved into the strategies and principles that had propelled his company to the top of the market and kept it there for over half a century. Rodney emphasised the importance of staying true to the values of integrity, quality, and customer service. He shared anecdotes and lessons learned from his years in the industry, offering invaluable insights that resonated with everyone in the audience, from seasoned veterans to newcomers in the franchising world. It’s fair to say everyone in the room went home with a renewed sense of purpose and determination to apply to their everyday business practices.
