The event aimed to provide attendees with valuable insights from successful franchise brands that have experienced significant growth and success in their respective categories.
The breakfast featured a panel of distinguished speakers from Queensland, including Adrian Knowles, CEO of Harcourts Queensland; Magdalena Schoeman, General Manager of Sales at Belgravia Health and Fitness; and Len Ferguson, Franchise Sales Director at Diggermate and Co-Founder of Finn Group. These speakers shared their unique stories, methods and strategies for achieving growth, providing attendees with practical knowledge and actionable advice.
FCA CEO Matthew Monaghan provided an update in relation to the FCA’s advocacy agenda and connected with members and new or long-term supporters of the FCA, reinforcing the importance of community and our work.
The event was facilitated by Guy Cosgrove, Special Counsel at MinterEllison Gold Coast and Head of Legal at Harcourts International Ltd, who acted as Master of Ceremonies. Attendees had the opportunity to engage interactively with the speakers and ask questions, gaining valuable insights into the franchise sector and learning how to grow their own franchise networks.
